Creative Direction, Visual Identity

At Novo Nordisk, I led creative direction for a full suite of internal and external brand communications, helping bring clarity and cohesion to how the organization presents itself. I developed visual systems for internal platforms, including custom illustrations, web graphics, and branded module headers, while also creating scalable templates for PowerPoint and print. Working across departments, I built a consistent look and feel for HR campaigns, employee resources, and corporate messaging. The work brought stronger alignment to Novo Nordisk’s brand identity,
empowered teams with ready-to-use assets, and improved engagement through clean, human-centered design.
